We try to provide a high level of customer service

If you for any reason are not completely satisfied with our products, we are happy to exchange or refund your purchase as long as the products are returned unused and in the original box. As soon as we have received and approved your return, we will notify you. If you do wish a refund we will credit your credit card. Shipment costs for the return of the product is paid by you and will not be refunded by Elevenplus unless the return is due to breakage or damage during shipping. Elevenplus gives you 14 days to regret your purchase from the day you receive your order.
